- Creating the Vision
When looking at redesigning your office, the first thing to start with would be a leadership workshop or a briefing session During this session, we will introduce the teams that will transform your office into a highly cost-efficient workplace that minimizes disruption to your business. We will create a clear outline brief which will form the foundation for developing an optimized office design. - Workplace Research
Through a combination of expertise, user engagement and applied researches, we help organizations to explore measurable business factors that link employee behavior to improved business results, resulting in an increase employee morale, productivity, customer loyalty rates and, ultimately, profitability. - Block Planning
During this phase of the office design process, we will start by producing block plans showing how your space could be allocated to get the best from your resources. We believe in taking each step of the office design journey with you, from its conception until its completion Our designers will produce first stage sketches, revise the design. - Design development
Once you are happy and satisfied with the concept drawings, we can then begin creating a 3D visualization of your workplace. - Detail Design
Once the space plans have been agreed we will proceed to prepare a full drawing package which includes floor plans, all joinery pieces, and tea points, along with mechanical and electrical plans. At this stage, we will also finalize the selection of specifications and finish by including furniture, and ensure that our team is ready to go live on site. - Furnishing with material selections and BOQ
To provide the most cost effective solution for your office design, we will pick out the right products that will bring your workplace to life. We work with you to select the fabrics, textures, furnishings and finishes from workshops, showroom visits and tours of other offices we have designed.
