KB Securities Vietnam Joint Stock Company (KBSV), a member of KB Securities and KB Financial Group from Korea, is a leading investment banking securities firm in Vietnam. KBSV offers a broad range of financial services to a diverse client base that includes corporations, institutions, and individuals seeking high-quality investment opportunities.
In April 2023, KB Securities officially relocated to a new office, situated in the Capital Place building. This modern office building in the heart of Hanoi is classified as Grade A+ and has been awarded a Leed Gold Certificate.
AKI Design focused on creating the “Wow factor” for the common space, where clients find the first impression. From the moment you step inside, the space exudes an air of sophistication and professionalism. The color scheme is brown, white and wood, which are the signature colors of KB Securities. The use of these colors throughout the space gives the office a cohesive and polished look. The attention to detail is evident, with high-quality furniture and fixtures chosen to complement the design.
The centerpiece of the office is the stunning internal staircase that links the two floors of the space. The staircase is a work of art, made from polished metal and light wood. It is not only a decorative element, but also a symbol of connection and continuity for the working spaces.

Around the main staircase area are benches combined with armchairs, which are both convenient for internal exchanges and can be used for receiving guests. A large LED screen for projection is used as a multi-functional media tool.
Meeting room
The board room is a luxurious conference room used to welcome partners and holds leadership meetings. The special design of the ceiling serves as a decorative highlight while also meeting functional requirements. The bench seating against the wall is an optimal solution to maximize space and accommodate more people.
Private room
The private room represents both grandeur and modernity with a wood color and neutral white-gray tones. Gold stainless steel details add a touch of shine and luxury to the space. Also features understated colors that represent simplicity and elegance.
The multifunction room uses a neutral color tone, and the chairs and tables can be easily moved and folded to accommodate changing functional needs.
Pantry area
The Pantry features a beautiful view and receives natural light from the building’s glass facade. Warm colors are used in combination with the brand’s accent color to enhance brand recognition.
